تعتبر المنتجات التي تصنع من الرخام الصناعي من المنتجات التي تلقي قبولا لدي المستهلك بصفة عامة حيث تكتسب مظاهر الرخام الطبيعي ، مما يعطي انطباع لدي المستهلك بالأصالة المميزة للخامات الطبيعية بالإضافة إلي انخفاض أسعارها بالمقارنة بمثيلتها من الرخام الطبيعي ، وعليه اتجه المشروع إلي المنتجات التي تتناول بعض الوظائف المنزلية والجمالية والسياحية ذات التكوينات الهندسية البسيطة والتي يمكن تشكيلها بإمكانيات التقنية المتاحة وفي حدود احتياجات السوق المحلي . ثانيا : مدى الحاجة إلي إقامة المشروع الهدف
يهدف المشروع إلي إنتاج بعض المنتجات التي يمكن أن تستخدم سواء داخل المنزل أو خارجه من خلال استخدام بعض الخلطات الملونة للرخام الصناعي بما يحقق تنوع في الإنتاج المقترح من خلال مشاريع شباب الخريجين سواء في مجال التصميم أو التصنيع . أهمية المشروع
تنبع أهمية المشروع من استخدام الرخام الصناعي لإيجاد منتجات اقتصادية متميزة في الشكل متشابهة مع منتجات الخامات الطبيعية من الرخام مما يحقق إحدى الدوافع التي ترجح هذا المشروع إلا نه يستلزم استخدام عمالة ذات كفاءة فنية متميزة ومدربة في اتجاه إنتاج النماذج بالجودة والمواصفات الفنية المقترحة بالتصميم . ثالثا : الخامات بوليستر : بوليمر يتكون من الأحماض البولي كربوكسيلك – حمض مونو كربوكسيلك – كحولات متعددة الهيدروكيل – كحول أحادي الهيدروكسيل وتكون هذه المجموعات نسبة 98% من المخلوط . كوبالت : مادة تضاف إلي البوليستر بنسبة 1% . يعتمد المشروع بشكل أساسي علي إنتاج القوالب وتنتج بصفة عامة من المصيص أو الخشب أو الألومنيوم وكذلك الرمل والأسمنت ، وفي العادة ترتبط المواد المستخدمة في عمل القوالب بالعدد المطلوب إنتاجه بالمشروع وهي إما قوالب نصفية عندما يكون النموذج متماثل في الشكل أو قوالب فصوص يضمهم قالب أساسي يغلفهم ولسرعة الإنتاج يفضل عمل أكثر من قالب بما يساعد علي سرعة الإنتاج كما يمكن استعمال القلوب والصب في الفراغ المحيط وفي هذه الحالة يستخدم المخلوط دون إضافة حصوة الرخام . يتكون المخلوط من 98% بوليستر ، 1% كوبالت ،1% مصلد ثم يضاف إليهم بعض الصبغات المائية لعمل الملونات المطلوبة كما يمكن إضافة كمية من حصوة الرخام إلي المخلوط بنسبة 60% في حالة المنتجات المصمتة . يتم رش القالب أولا من الداخل بمحلول دهني بواسطة مسدس متصل بالكمبرسور لعمل طبقة عازلة حول القالب ولضمان خروج المنتج دون أي عيوب سطحية أو تفتت ثم يصب المخلوط إليه حصوة الرخام في بقية القالب . يترك القالب بالمخلوط لمدة 10دقائق ويفضل التريث في فصل المنتج من القالب للتأكد تماما من عملية الجفاف ، ويمكن أن تكون هناك صعوبة في نزع المنتج من القالب لشدة الالتصاق لذلك يصبح ضروريا استعمال عامل مساعد لفك القالب أو فصه عن المنتج وكذلك ترش القوالب ببعض المواد الدهنية لتقليل حالة الالتصاق قبل صب المخلوط . يتم تشطيب المنتج عن طريق إزالة الزوائد وإجراء عمليات الترميم للأجزاء المتفتتة ثم التلميع بواسطة فرش التلميع اليدوية أو الآلية . عملية تجميع الأجزاء بعضها ببعض يحتاج إلي أساليب مصممة لضمان المتانة وحسن المظهر هذا بالإضافة إلي استخدام البوليستر كمادة لاصقة بين المكونات . يتم التغليف بوضع المنتجات الصغيرة داخل علب من الكرتون المضلع ، أما القطع الكبيرة فتغلف من الخارج بواسطة البلاستيك الشفاف مع الاهتمام بتغليف الحواف بشكل جيد حتى لا تتلف أثناء النقل والتخزين . مصلد هي مادة تساعد علي سرعة تصلد بعض أنواع الراتنجات التخليفية ويضاف بنسبة 1% ويتم التصلد في الخليط خلال 10دقائق . حصوة رخام : كسر رخام يتم طحنة لعمل إضافات إلي الرخام الصناعي . صبغات مائية : لعمل مركبات ملونة تتفق وتصميم المنتج من النواحي الجمالية . رابعا : المنتجات منتجات للاستخدام داخل المنزل مناضد ركنية حامل زهور أرفف حائطية قرص مطابخ منتجات للاستخدام العام مقاعد حدائق نافورات مجسمات جمالية هذا وسوف يتجه المشروع أولا لإنتاج النوعيات التالية : قرص المطابخ مناضد ركنية حوامل الزهور خامسا : العناصر الفنية للمشروع (1) مراحل التصنيع
تتلخص مراحل التصنيع بصفة عامة إلي إنتاج القوالب ، خلط الخامات ، رش الطبقة الخارجية داخل القالب ، خلط الخامات مع المواد المضافة (حصوة رخام) ، الصب في القالب ، وكذلك إزالة الزوائد والتشطيب السطحي ثم التجميع ويمكن توضيح ذلك كالآتي :

يتم تعبئة المنتجات الصغيرة في علب كرتون مضلع ما المنتجات الكبيرة فتغلف من الخارج بالبلاستيك الشفاف السميك مع تدعيم الأطراف بالكرتون لمنع تشوه المنتجات أثناء النقل والتخزين . (10) عناصر الجودة :
تنحصر عناصر الجودة في الآتي :- يفضل استخدام القوالب الدائمة (المعدنية ) للحصول علي أسطح عالية الجودة . عمل مجموعة قوالب بشكل واحد يؤدي إلي زيادة الجودة مع زيادة معدل الإنتاج . يفضل رش القوالب بطبقات سميكة من المواد الدهنية للتأكد من عدم وجود أي تشوهات سطحية للمنتج عند فصلها من القالب وبالتالي لا تحتاج إلي ترميم . يجب إزالة الزوائد بحرص لعدم كسر أي أجزاء داخلية بالمنتج . يتم التشطيب السطحي بالتلميع علي أن يكون في المستوي الأفقي بالنسبة للقطع الكبيرة أو في المستوي الرأسي في حالة صغر المنتجات . تحديد الوقت الفعلي للجفاف حسب شكل القالب وحجمه يؤدى إلي عدم فتح القالب قبل الموعد المحدد وقبل الاطمئنان علي عملية الجفاف . (11) التسويق :
نظرا لارتفاع سعر الرخام الطبيعي زاد الطلب علي الرخام الصناعي وزاد استعماله في داخل المنازل أو خارجها لما يتميز به من انخفاض في السعر وأشكاله المتميزة التي تتشابه مع الرخام الطبيعي .
ولزيادة القدرة التنافسية لهذه المنتجات يجب مراعاة مايلي : جودة المنتج (التشطيب – تجانس الألوان – المتانة ) . رخص الأسعار . الابتكار في التصميمات والألوان .
ويمكن أن يتم التسويق لهذه المنتجات باستخدام أحد الأساليب الآتية : عن طريق مندوبي المبيعات . توزيع عينات من المنتج علي صالات بيع الأثاث ومراكز عمال ديكور . الاشتراك في المعارض الداخلية والخارجية المتخصصة . الإعلان عن المنتج في الصحف والمجلات المتخصصة . البحث عن فرصة للتصدير .

Thanks to the iPhone, millions of people finally have the Internet in their pocket, and feel it to be so. But there are still big obstacles to unleashing the innovative potential of the mobile web.
The industry's hands are tied in the US, because carriers and device makers, for the most part, keep outside developers from changing or adding unauthorized software. Similarly, computer industry players tend toward proprietary walled gardens. Apple is notoriously closed; Microsoft, which has a slowly growing presence in smartphones for business use, has made no secret of its move toward mass-market consumer phones; and BlackBerry is also is trying to move beyond business devices and into the consumer market.
Beam me up Scotty! In an announcement expected to go hand in hand with hover cars and robot servants, Chinese electronics company C-Sky Industrial limited has announced that it will be producing a range of mobile phone wrist watches.
Though not a new idea (see the Samsung GPRS watch phone), these new models (from the pictures at least) stand out from previous failed attempts at converging a watch and a mobile phone due to the sleek design and excellent spec list. Apparently, if these products do ever see the light of day, we can expect Bluetooth, a 1.3 megapixel camera and mp3 playback.
As with many Chinese companies, innovation is the name of the game and what once would have seemed laughable, today seems entirely feasible.
Though many of you will be looking at the watch phone with a large degree of scepticism, what this undoubtedly does go to prove is how far mobile phone technology has come in the pursuit of integrating multiple devices.
Past products which spring to mind in this vein include the Sony Ericsson MBW-100 Bluetooth watch, an incredibly attractive watch which provided owners with excellent features such as caller id and text message alerts on the watch face itself as well as the ability to pair it with an accompanying Bluetooth headset and answer and end calls directly on the watch.
Bluetooth has always been an area of innovation with hundreds of unique applications, from the useful to the downright daft. Now an increase in the amount of fashion orientated products, including Bluetooth wristbands and even a Bluetooth headset styled as dog tags are becoming ever more popular.
Where past ventures have seen mobile phones partnered with fashion houses such as the giants of Prada and Armani, perhaps the manufacturers are now directing the fashion themselves with the products likening themselves more to jewellery. Should we expect a phone co-launched with a major watch brand?
Whether mobile phone earrings, necklaces or bracelets will materialize in the future remains to be seen, but the future design of mobile phones can be viewed with excitement (and a large pinch of salt!). While for the time being watch phones are still niche and viewed with a hint of negativity it is wise to remember how we all scoffed at camera phones!
So hang on to your jewellery and your fashion phones for the meantime, just don’t be surprised if your next handset ends up replacing that Rolex!
The newest member of the Samsung Tocco family has now launched at Mobiles.co.uk sporting a stylish new rich Brown look. Though from the front the Brown Tocco appears almost identical to the original, round the back is where the action really is. Rather than lazily just colouring the back of the phone brown, Samsung have opted for a quality leather finish giving a real sense of style and texture to this top notch mobile phone and that’s not to say that the original Tocco wasn’t a handsome customer to begin with.
In terms of the feature list, no change to the Tocco from its first incarnation means we get an excellent 5.0 Megapixel camera with video, autofocus, face detection, flash and arguably the best camera interface of all the touchscreen mobile phones to date. 3G HSDPA mobile broadband connectivity means using the phones excellent web browser is lightning fast. Then onto the obvious stuff, we find Bluetooth v2.0, MP3/AAC/AAC+ player and a memory card slot supporting microSD cards up to 8Gb. Samsung, clearly a firm believer in the saying variety is the spice of life, have been incredibly quick to pounce on consumers demand for assortment of options when choosing a mobile phone. Recent releases saw the Samsung Soul launching in Graphite and Silver, followed shortly by the new Pink Soul and soon to be joined in the range by the latest Midnight edition. Looking further back, the hugely popular U600 had a number of colour variations with some still coming (Black and Gold U600 anyone?).
No other colours have been confirmed for the Tocco (it has only been out for a month) but it would be foolish to bet against a Pink Tocco in the pipeline. What is clear is that Samsung, more than any other major manufacturer, have capitalised on the demand for diversity!
Korean electronics conglomerate Samsung has announced some interesting launch related information for their Windows Mobile based touch screen powerhouse; the Samsung Omnia. Firstly the concrete information; Samsung has announced that the Omnia, also known as the i900, will be available in Italy from the 22nd of July. Why is this newsworthy you ask? Well, those generous chaps over at Samsung HQ have decided that everyone in Italy who pre-orders the device will get a free Xbox 360. Free games consoles are offered on various different pay monthly contracts but to offer it on a sim free pre-order is as baffling as it is brilliant!
The second bit of information and the bit that should have the rest of us waiting with baited breath is that the Omnia will be dropping in the rest of Europe by late August. As to why the world cup holders are getting this special treatment (answers anyone???) and if anyone else can expect the same Xbox treatment is unknown and unlikely respectively.
Omnia, the Latin word for everything is just that, managing to cram in more features than you can shake a stick at! Are you ready? Ok, deep breath here goes, let’s start with the camera; the Omnia packs in an amazing 5.0 megapixel camera with auto focus, face detection, smile detection (waiting for all the faces in the shot to smile before capturing!), image stabiliser, flash and QVGA video recording at 30 fps. Reads like the spec list of a standalone digital camera doesn’t it?
And we’re not finished there, oh no! Being a smartphone, the Omnia runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 meaning pocket versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a built in GPS receiver so wandering around lost will become a thing of the past, HSDPA mobile broadband connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Handwriting recognition. Apologies if this has turned into a bit of a list of what a mobile could and should do. That’s what it feels like Samsung have done with the Omnia. They weren’t kidding with that “everything” moniker.
Almost done. Now just the small matter of multimedia. Think you’re going be short of things to do on that stunning 3.2″ TFT touchscreen? Well with up to 16Gb of onboard memory, expandable memory up to a further 8Gb and support for DivX, Xvid, MP3/4 and AAC plus a whole host of others, think again! Quite simply, if Samsung pull this off the Omnia could be the most complete mobile phone ever!

The Sony Ericsson Z780 is a quad band GSM handset, with support for 3G and Mobile Broadband HSDPA. It also includes a GPS chip and support for a-GPS.
The clamshell design on the Z780 suggests nothing special. In many ways the Z780 looks like one of any number of mobile phones currently available but underneath the simple looking design we find a phone that is packed with top end features. Pre-installed on the handset is Google Maps for Mobile which can be used in conjunction with the built in GPS receiver, offering the end user the option of satellite navigation capabilities on their mobile phone. The addition of a-GPS support allows for a quicker GPS lock to give you a faster fix on your location.
The compact Z780 measures in 92mm x 49mm x 16mm and weighs just 100g. The main screen is a QVGA TFT screen measuring in at 2.2 inches and supporting up to 256,000 colours. The external screen is a 36 x 128 pixel monochrome display.
The Sony Ericsson Z780 includes a 2.0 megapixel camera with video record capability and is compatible with the Sony Ericsson blogger service. This means you can quickly and easily upload your pictures to your favourite blog, instantly sharing your images with friends and family. The Z780 has a built in MP3 player, an FM radio and also includes the excellent Track ID feature.
The clamshell design Z780 is expected to release sometime during Q2 2008 and is expected in both black and silver colour variants. Register your interest here to be kept informed on when we have more details.
The Nokia N78 raised a few eyebrows in the office when it was first announced as no one could quite put their finger on where exactly it fits in the Nokia range. First things first; the design: it’s hardly going to revolutionise mobile phones as we know them but it is an attractive piece of kit. Build quality, as you would expect from Nokia’s Nseries, is excellent with a nice weight to the phone (despite its diminutive size) and a nice polished effect that does manage to avoid getting completely covered with grubby fingerprints. What first strikes you is the keypad which is fully backlit meaning that when the phone is switched off or not in use then the keys are invisible. The only exception being the four raised strips that are the part that you actually press to enter a number/text etc.
While pleasing to the eye, this definitely takes a bit of getting used to even for those text-aholics out there. After spending some time playing around with the handset however, I did find you do become quite accustomed to this new style of keypad. One aspect that failed to win me over was the silver strip which forms the side of the phone as I prefer a phone as all one colour, though you can put that down to personal preference. On the back we find a nice textured effect and the N78’s camera and the absence of a lens cover which is also a cause for concern. This leads us nicely onto the camera. Featuring a 3.2 megapixel camera sporting auto-focus and an LED flash, the interesting feature of the camera is the support for Geo tagging which uses the in-built GPS to tag where a photo was taken - this information is then stored with the image and can be used with other software such as Flickr and Google Maps. Aside from this the N78 offers extensive settings starting from manual white balance and ISO sensitivityand sharpness and contrast settings as well as various effects. Resulting picture quality is quite good though not likely to trouble Nokia’s flagship camera phones the N95 8GB and N82. Colours are precise and natural as is the sharpness (sample picture right). The N78 is equipped with a 2.4″ 16 million colour display of QVGA resolution improving the experience further. Video is also covered, shooting in VGA resolution at 15 fps which works quite well.
In terms of music the N78 is well covered from the off thanks to a 2GB memory card and stereo headphones with a remote control for ease of use. Plus thanks to the 3.5mm audio output jack, you’re not limited to which headphones you want to use. All the major file formats are supported including MP3, AAC, eAAC+ and WMA and navigating your music once it’s on the phone is made easy thanks to Nokia’s user friendly menus. The real crowning glory in this area and to be honest, the stand out feature of the N78, is the FM Transmitter. Put simply, activating this in the phone menu means the N78 will search for a blank radio frequency then all you have to do is tune into that station on a radio and everything you play on your phone will play back through the radio. EVERYTHING!
Maybe I’m getting over excited about this but as a previous owner of an iTrip for my old iPod, this feature is awesome! Tuning in to the corresponding radio station on your stereo means all that music on your phone is now playing through those nice big speakers. No wires, no docking station, just some sort of magic! This is a brilliant feature that also appears in the upcoming Sony Ericsson W980 and that is sure to become a regular feature among Walkman and other multimediaorientated devices.
Away from the media side, the N78 is a capable Symbian handset running on series 60, has a built in GPS receiver with A-GPS support working with the Nokia Maps application. The N78 is one of the best GPS handsets Nokia have released to date and is very quick to get a lock on a GPS signal.
To conclude, the adage don’t judge a book by its cover springs to mind. The N78 is a great all rounder with something to appeal to everyone but isn’t going to break the bank if you take the plunge. Yes the keypad takes a little getting used to and the subtle understated design may not be to everyone’s tastes. Look past these minor issues and you will discover a world of fun with the FM transmitter, a capable camera with a healthy list of options and an excellent GPS device.
the new Jawbone 2, is of an outstanding quality that combines an amazing design with great features. The new Jawbone is 50% smaller than its predecessor and weights just 10 grams, which makes it extremely comfortable and lightweight to wear and use. Also this version has a new fast charge battery which can charge up to 80% in only 30 minutes.
The Aliph Jawbone includes a new feature called “noise assassin”, developed for the US military to be used in extremely noisy environments such as being in a helicopter and even a battlefield. This blocks out up to 90% of background noise compared to other Bluetooth headsets.

The luxurious design of the new Jawbone was created by Yves Behar. The outside cover of the Bluetooth headset is curved which matches the outline of the face so it is comfortable to wear. The look of the outside cover has a unique diamond pattern made up of a three dimensional texture, the materials of which help in reducing background noise. The inside surface of the headset is made from medical grade plastic that makes it soft and smooth on the skin.
Other brilliant features on this latest edition Jawbone headset are that it has a excellent standby time of 8 days and a talk time of 4 hours. It can be used at up to 10 meters away from the mobile phone and can be used on both left and right ears.
This is a step-by-step guide on how to add a video or movie clip to your Blog or webpage. There are many sites that offer free video hosting. Most of them automatically generate the relevant HTML code for you to easily insert/embed into your web template or blog post. I shall start with two of the most popular providers – Google Video and YouTube.
Google Video
Create an account with Google Video using your Gmail account. After the formalities, you will see a Video Status page. Click "Upload Video."
If your file is less than 100MB, which is probably the case, use the Web-based uploader.
Insert the video title, description, genre, and language. Under “Access”, you can either choose to have the video made public or unlisted.
The “unlisted” function is rather useful. A public video is listed in the Google Video search directory, and anyone can view it. However, you may have a video which you would rather not share with everyone except your blog readers. If you had created a private blog accessible only by your family and friends, you would all the more want to unlist your video.
In case you are wondering, an “unlisted” video enjoys the same features of a public video. It can be embedded in web pages, emailed, or linked to from other public sites.
After you have uploaded your video, you will see a link that reads “Embed this video on your website or blog.” Click on that and copy (Ctrl-C) this code to paste into your post. Your code should look something like this.
If you would like, you can change the width and the height of the video screen so as to have it fit neatly into your page. I have created an account and uploaded a sample video just to let you see how it will look on your site. The video screen you see below has a width of 300px and height of 245px
YouTube
You would have heard of this popular video-sharing platform. Although Google has now acquired YouTube, it does not appear to be the end of Google Video. If you do not have an account at YouTube, sign up for a free account. For first-time users, you would need to confirm your email by following the instructions that YouTube sends to your email account. After confirmation, you will be able to upload your videos.
In YouTube, you assign tags to your video to enable it to be easily found by viewers through their search function. At the second step, select “public” viewing.
When you are at the screen shown below, you will see towards the bottom an option for you to “allow external sites to embed and play the video.” Check that box. Copy (Ctrl-C) the generated HTML code and insert it into your post.
Should you want your video to be a permanent feature of your site layout, you can create a video widget. For instance, if you would like to have a video in your sidebar, login to your Dashboard, go to Template-> Page Elements. Add a “Page Element” and select “HTML/JavaScript”. Paste the generated HTML code and save. (Note: Whenever you create any new page element, it will always appear at the top of all the other elements. If you want it near the bottom, simply drag and drop it to the desired location.)
Again, you can change the width and the height of the video screen if you'd like. For the purpose of this guide, I have used one of my favorite YouTube videos, a hugely popular clip of an electric guitar version of Pachelbel's Canon in D. The video screen has been reduced to a width of 300px and height of 245px.
Other video host sites
The other video hosts you might want to check out are:-
1. Yahoo Videos which is increasingly popular. Its interface resembles Google Video and you should find it easy to use.
2. Live Video, a new YouTube clone but with innovative features such as Digg-like voting by its users, customizable profile pages, and backgrounds to go with your videos.
3. Grouper which incorporates a desktop software for you to edit your videos before uploading them to the site.
The Google Navigation bar at the top of your Blogger blogs has an embedded search box. However, you may want to include a similar box in the main body of your blog (like what I have done), or the sidebar. Other than the convenience for users, the added advantage is that unlike Google search box, the search results of this Blogger.com search box appear in the main body of your Blog.
Under Template->Page Elements tab, click “Add a Page Element” at the place where you want your search box to appear. Select “HTML/JavaScript”.
There are several HTML codes posted on the net. I tried a few, and found the one that works as follows:-

You can also change the “Search” button to say, “Hit” or “Go”, by changing the Value.
Save the code and refresh your page. If you want a longer or shorter search box, you can play around with the size. The above example of a width size="20" and value="Hit" will give you this:-

The size of the search box is a matter of appearance. You may have noticed that the maxlength="255". This indicates that a user may enter up to 255 characters in the search box, which I think is sufficient and need not be altered.
Image instead of Search button
Just for the fun of it, if you want readers to click an image instead of a button, you will first need to do up a small picture. You can also resize a picture you already have with photo editing tools like Google's Picasa. After creating a picture, upload it onto a free server like GooglePages or Google Groups, or other free hosts that offer direct links to the image files. Take note of this IMAGE URL.
The HTML code to insert is this:-

Remember to insert into the code the IMAGE URL, where your picture is uploaded. You can align the image to the top, bottom or set a horizontal space between the bar and the image by using a hspace tag. While it is alright to replace the button of your Blogger search box, you may not want to do that with the Google search box since their T.O.S. disallows any alteration of their code.
